The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Blossom Valley Single-Family
Homes saw a closing of 26 sales receiving 98.05% of list price. These
closings represented a median price of $680,000and an average price
of $693,384. Eighty-seven new listings were also reported.
Blossom Valley Condos/Townhouses had 23 closed sales receiving 98.43% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $425,000 and
an average price of $428,913. There were seventy new listings for the
month of October.
Single-family homes in Blossom Valley had an average of fifty-six days on
market (DOM) and eighty-five cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of forty-six DOM
and fifty-seven CDOM.
