The November 2007 Completed Sales Report for Blossom Valley Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 21 sales
receiving 96.97% of list price. These closings represented a median price of
$675,000 and an average price of $665,666.
Eighty-three new listings were also reported.
Blossom Valley Condos/Townhouses had 14 closed sales receiving 97.02% of
list price. These closings represented a median price of $485,000 and
an average price of $467,678.
There were fifty-six new listings for the month of November.
Single-family homes in Blossom Valley had an average of forty-eight days on
market (DOM) and sixty-seven cumulative days on market (CDOM).
Condos/Townhouses had an average of eighty-two DOM
and ninety-seven CDOM.
