These closings represented a median price of $600,000 and an average price of $644,429. There were 125 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of April/2008.

April/2008~ Single-family homes had an average of 68 days on market (DOM) and 82 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 79 DOM and 102 CDOM.
