The June 2007 Santa Clara County Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 48 sales receiving 100.27% of list price! These closings represented a median price of $750,000 and an average price of $774,902. There were also 94 new listings reported.

Santa Clara Condo/Townhouses had 28 closed sales receiving 100.45% of list price! These closings represented a median price of $487,450 and an average price of $521,920. There were 51 new listings for the month of June.

Santa Clara Single-Family Homes had an average of 32 Days on Market (DOM) and 36 Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM). Santa Clara Condo/Townhouses listings reported 28 DOM and 40 CDOM.
